Our Courses
We offer training thru Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario, Perri-Med and Emergency First Response Corp. Courses taken using the Perri-Med program are approved by WSIB. Thru our association with Perri-Med we have access to many instructors in Ontario to assist.
Heart Saver CPR (Level A)
This course covers basic CPR skills for the general public and families of people who are knowingly at risk. Learn one-rescuer CPR and choking procedures for the adult casualty.

Heart Saver PLUS CPR (Level B)
This course covers basic CPR skills for the general public and families of people who are knowingly at risk. Learn one-rescuer CPR, adult choking procedures and either child or infant CPR skills.

This course covers in-depth CPR training for emergency professionals and first responders

This course covers basic assessment and first aid treatment in emergency situations.

8 hour course has no written first aid quiz. Successful candidates receive an Emergency First Aid wallet card and wall certificate valid for 2 years, and CPR Heart Saver (Level A) wallet card valid for 1 year. There is no recertification for Emergency First Aid. You must complete the entire 8 hour course over.

Standard First Aid and
Basic Rescuer
CPR (Level C)
This course covers in-depth first aid emergency care and treatment allowing rescuers to act calmly while handling life threatening emergencies.

Public Access Defibrillation
The purpose of the AED Provider course is to train the participant in the use of an Automated External Defibrillator.

4 hour course includes written quiz. Each participant will receive an AED manual along with a wallet certificate.
What Are The Pre-requisites?
CPR Heart Saver certification (minimum) is mandatory and must be current within six months of the Defibrillation course.

Emergency First Response CPR & AED
This course is a stand-alone CPR and AED Course that takes about 2.5 to 3 hours to complete. It encompasses one and two rescuer CPR and AED training for adults with the option to include CPR and AED use on infants and children. The course is designed to meet regional and national compliance standards for workplace safety. Course materials support flexible delivery options, including the Emergency First Response Independent Study method, the video-guided approach and the Instructor-led technique.
Certificate is valid for 2 years.
