Your Satisfaction is our only goal and we back that up with our no questions asked return policy. If for whatever reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return the products within 30 days for a full refund less the shipping. Just pay for the return shipping.
After 30 days, there will be a 25% restocking fee.
After 60 days, all sales are considered final.
Most items are shipped within 48-72 hours of order date. We use ground service unless diferent instructions are provided by customer. Some items may back order up to a week, in which case customer will be notified.
The Defibtech Lifeline AED comes with a 5 year warranty. Should your unit require servicing at any time, a loaner unit will be provided at no charge if repairs can not be handled within 10 business days. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
